A Weekend In PCB For Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam

I love a long weekend, especially when it means I have the opportunity to get out of the house. Over the weekend, I attended Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam! I've never been before, so I had no idea what to expect, but the whole weekend was better than I would've imagined!

I headed to Panama City Beach on Friday morning! I stayed at the Shores of Panama, which is a beautiful resort right on the beach with a huge pool, tiki bars, spa, and even a coffee shop! I spent part of the day at the beach and ate at Pineapple Willy's before heading to the first day of Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam, where Florida Georgia Line was closing out the night. Chase Rice performed earlier that day and was amazing! Because it had been raining, the ground was super muddy, but the music was totally worth it!

Saturday, I spent my morning beach and poolside before heading off to the second day of Gulf Coast Jam! I stopped at Bayou on the Beach for some baked oysters. They were delicious and baked oysters are something I really look forward to when visiting the Gulf Coast. It rained again, but that didn't put a stop to the fun!

Rodney Atkins was great and his wife joined him onstage and they sang a duet, which was so sweet! Chris Janson also had energy that I don't think I've ever seen before. Of course, I sang along to all of his songs, including my favorite, "Fix A Drink." Eric Church shut it down Saturday and ended the second day of Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam!

The chance of rain was pretty intense on Sunday, so I knew I had to soak up the sun as much as I could before the rain set it. Like Saturday, Sunday morning was spent at the beach and pool. I took a little nap before heading out on the last day of Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam. This day was probably my favorite because Thomas Rhett was headlining and closing out the weekend. I LOVE Thomas Rhett

There was a little rain delay, but after we were allowed to come back into the park, Dustin Lynch put on quite a show! During Thomas Rhett's set, he took selfies with phones, signed posters, and really engaged with the whole crowd, which was really great to see. He also brought Dustin Lynch back out, to sing "Friends in Low Places."

Monday morning, I packed up and heading back home. I did stop at Another Broken Egg Cafe for a quick bite to eat. The lobster and brie omelette was to die for, y'all!

It might be Wednesday, but I'm still relieving the weekend in my head over and over! If you've never had the opportunity to attend this country music festival, you can't miss it next year!
