Bobby's new book, Fail Until You Don't: Fight, Grind, Repeat comes out on June 19, but before the book's release, he spoke to Forbes about his new book, meeting his biological father, and how therapy has helped him.
When asked about the time he met his biological father, Bobby said, "To me, it was important to not just do it, but to say that I was doing it for the book. I wanted to be overly honest about it. I don't think I would have done it if I wasn't writing the book."
Bobby spoke about how therapy has helped him.
"Because of personal headspace, it's helped my career. It's put me in places to actually capitalize on my brief moments of sanity. I only went to therapy because my insurance covered it. I thought, 'Let me see if I can figure out the reasons that I feel like I'm broken," said Bobby.
Bobby also shared his thoughts on success saying, "The three words I use in my book are: Fight, Grind, Repeat. We can all pick a goal and find a reason to do it. Then some of us can actually do all the little things over and over again. That's definitely a harder step. Doing it again? That's where it gets to be a beast, when you have to repeat. It's the hardest part of it all."
