Chi-fil-A is Committing $10.8 Million Through a Community Relief Fund

If you are a Chic-fil-A lover, then you know just how committed their franchises are to their communities. From their first class customer services to their community outreach, it should come as no surprise that Chic-fil-A has gone above and beyond during this difficult time, committing $10.8 million to its franchises through a community relief fund in order to support those impacted by the coronavirus.

This community relief fund will support first responders, health care workers and food donations. The funds will also be made available to chain employees and their family members through June.

Striving to be a supportive, caring and generous neighbor is in our DNA. Our restaurant Operators give back locally in so many ways, and this time is no exception,” said Chick-fil-A Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Dan Cathy. “I’m humbled by the incredible care our restaurant teams have shown – from offering free meals to health care workers to feeding school children in need to writing notes of encouragement for guests. They know where the need is in their local community, and our goal for this fund is to support their efforts.
