As a CrossFitter, I have been introduced to having a beer as a post-workout recovery drink (treat), so it's nice to find out that someone has figured out how to seriously brew and market it as a "wellness" drink by keeping it low-carb and adding Himalayan sea salt to help replenish electrolytes. Here are the beer's stats:
- 4.0 percent alcohol by volume
- 9 grams of carbs
- 120 calories
It's called the "26.2 Brew" by the Marathon Brewing Company. Find out more on their website: https://www.262brew.com/ . Personally, I adore a dark beer, but I can't wait to give this lighter brew a try. Especially, after a brutal Summer CrossFit WOD.
