Things happen in life that can turn your world completely upside down. There are so many things in life that we can't control, and what I've learned is that you can only control how you react to a situation. It's important to remember that we all have different circumstances that lead us into situations and sometimes determine how we react, but overall, I'm learning that as soon as something negative is thrown my way, I acknowledge it, and think of how can I find something positive about this situation? What is it teaching me?
I am a CrossFitter, and CrossFit has taught me so much about pushing past your barriers, and redefining your weaknesses. Confronting your fears and fighting through the pain and discomfort because on the other side of that is your greatness. Turn the world upside down (literally, if you can, jump into a handstand), and learn to see the world from a different perspective.
