Giving Back Is Good For You

A new study found that volunteering for as little as two hours a week is good for your physical and mental health. 

According to the study, 75 percent of those who volunteered in the past year said it made them feel "physically healthier." 93 percent of respondents said volunteering improved their mood, 79 percent reported lower stress levels and 88 percent said giving back increased their self-esteem.
