Kristin Cavallari & Jay Cutler Selling Nashville Mansion For $5 Million

Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler are saying goodbye to their Nashville home.

As per E! News, the former couple is bidding farewell to their 8.5-acre property for under $5 million. The pair acquired the Mediterranean-style home in 2012 for $5.3 million and listened it for sale in 2008 for $7.9 million. The 20,000 square foot property includes seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms (with three half baths) and even a movie theater.

News of the former couple’s property listing comes after Cavallari announced that she will not be moving forward with another season of her E! reality show, Very Cavallari. "As I start this new chapter in my life, I have decided not to continue with Very Cavallari," she captioned a post on Instagram. "I've absolutely loved my time filming and am so grateful to E! Entertainment for making this journey possible. To the fans: I can't thank you enough for all your support and for keeping up with me all of these years. I love you guys."

It’s been a he said/she said battle since the couple announced their decision to divorce at the end of April. Thankfully, the stars have seemingly found a common ground with their custody battle over their three children, sons Camden, 7, and Jaxon, 5, and daughter Saylor, 4. Cavallari and Cutler wed in 2013 in Nashville after their November 2011 engagement. Prior to the big milestone, the star-studded pair had been dating on and off for a couple of years.
