The final Tuesday of January is known as a good day to plan a vacation. I spent the holidays in London last year, and told myself that I wouldn't leave the country again, but I did enjoy getting out of my comfort zone and exploring the world. Next time, however, I'll make sure to take my bestie AND NEVER AGAIN waste my money on a Rick Steve's Tour. Here's a list of some of my dream vacation spots:
