GETTING OUT OF MY COMFORT ZONE

I ran my first 5K this past Saturday, and WON! I am not a runner (at least I don't consider myself one), but I've been looking for ways to get involved in the community, and enjoyed my Run For Aviation 5K experience a couple of weeks ago, so decided to use 5K's as a way for me to get out and about. I'm a fitness professional that has always told clients that they should get out of their comfort zones in order to see results, so it's time for me to take my own advice and embrace running (which I hate). Working on my weaknesses in CrossFit has always been something I do to improve, so here I go, Macon!
