For weeks now, I've been sleeping, but still waking up exhausted. I struggle with depression, so I know that is always a symptom, but lately it's been kicking my ass. I do CrossFit 6 days a week to induce happy endorphins that naturally help me alleviate depression symptoms, but what do you do when exercising and nutrition just aren't enough?
3 sleeping habits to adopt to avoid tiredness:
- Sleeping Mask - helps block out light so that you can fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.
- Bedtime - establish a bedtime. Mine is 9pm, but I rarely go to bed at that time.
- Gentle Yoga - great for joints and muscles and releases tension in the body.
